Recreation opportunities found in the state parks are as diverse as the parks themselves.
Uinta National Forest
The Uinta national forest is a pristine mountain area surrounding parts of the Park City Midway Area’s. The Uinta’s popular for fishing, hiking, backpacking, mtn biking, hunting and other outdoor activities. Split by some of the most scenic drives in Utah. Much of the area is without roads with trail heads dotting the highways, designated for hiking, biking, ATV’s and much more.
Scenic Drives
Park City/ Midway has so much scenery that you may prefer to explore large parts of it at once . A canyon or peak that might take a day to hike can be seen in an hour – that is, if you can resist stopping the car and getting out for a closer look. But driving these routes alone will take your breath away. Or take a fun drive on a Utah ATV adventure, or in the winter try a snowmobile tour.
