This trip is an easy 7.5 miles which makes it a great introduction to biking in Midway and perfect for beginners and families. It is slightly aerobic and technical, filled with mostly gently rolling terrain. Whether you’re new to the sport or just looking for an easy cruise, our guides will be happy to help you improve your skills.

Your incredible afternoon will begin at 4:30 p.m. at Midway Adventure Co. Here you will be greeted by your guides, fit for a helmet and introduced to your bike; a brief over view will then be offered on the functions of the bikes. Once you leave from Midway Adventure Co. the trip will take you through a photographer’s paradise as you ride by Deer Creek Reservoir on your way to Provo Canyon and the base of the Wasatch Mountains. Keep your eyes open as evening is a great time to see the wildlife in the area.

The shuttle will pick you up at the end of your ! journey and will take you back to Midway Adventure Co. Be sure to !take in the ! beauty of Provo Canyon during this scenic drive

  • Cash for gratuities - Your guides will make every effort to see that each of your adventures is enjoyable and successful. Gratuities for guides are appropriate, greatly appreciated and at your discretion, as a gesture of thanks for their professionalism and service. As guides for each activity will likely differ, you’ll want to take some cash on each of the trips The common practice is to give the gratuity to the guide at the end of the trip. In trips where multiple guides have participated, the gratuity will be split amongst all of them.

Fitness level Requirements

You should be Comfortable with sustained output at a relaxed pace with occasional short anaerobic periods. (Exercise regularly)

Gravel dirt Roads, easy grade with a few hills.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

For reservation booked 30 days plus there will be a 10% reservation deposit, The remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip and will be automatically charged to the credit card that the reservation deposit was paid with. Reservations made within 30 days of the trip must be paid in full, either by VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover, online or over the phone.

Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax, fees or guide gratuities.

     No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.

     Cancellations prior to 48 hours before departure subject to $10 per person fee.
