You adventure begins at 8:30 am at Midway Adventure Co. where you will greet your guides. You will be fit for a helmet, introduced to your bike, and you will receive a brief instruction on the functions of your bike. Once you head out from Midway Adventure Co. the trip will take you through a photographer’s paradise as you ride by Deer Creek Reservoir on your way to the Provo Canyon and the base of the Wasatch Mountains. Keep your eyes open as early in the morning is the best time to see the local wildlife.
The shuttle will pick you up at the end of your ! journey and will take you back to Midway Adventure Co. Be sure to !take in the ! beauty of Provo Canyon during this scenic drive.

As guides for each activity will likely differ, you’ll want to take some cash on each of the trips. The common practice is to give the gratuity to the guide at the end of the trip. In trips where multiple guides have participated, the gratuity will be split amongst all of them.
Fitness level Requirements
You should be comfortable with sustained output at a relaxed pace with occasional short exertion periods. Some hill climbing is involved, however you may go at your own pace
Technical Level
Gravel dirt roads, easy grade with a few hills.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
For reservations booked 30 days or more in advance, there will be a 10% reservation deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip and will be automatically charged to the credit card that the reservation deposit was paid with. Reservations made within 30 days of the trip must be paid in full, either by VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover, online or over the phone.
